Dziś przy porannej kawie padł pomysł o wycieczce nad zalew w Starej Kuźnicy. Długo się nie zastanawialiśmy, zwłaszcza, że pogoda za oknem zachęcała do wyjścia.
Stara Kuźnica to mała wioska. Administracyjnie to powiat konecki w województwie świętokrzyskim. Największą atrakcją jest tu zalew na rzece Młynkowska. Byliśmy tu już kilka razy. Ostatni raz w 2009r pojechaliśmy tam równie ciekawym autem Jeepem Wranglerem w wersji Rubicon.
Zbiornik jest otoczony lasem. Piaszczysta plaża zachęca do opalania. Woda jest czysta i bardzo ciepła.
Bez problemu można dostrzec ryby. Największą jednak zaletą tego miejsca jest cisza. Nie ma straganów i muzyki. Mega hot-dogi? Zapiekanki XXL? To nie tutaj. Jedzenie trzeba zabrać ze sobą. Niedawno, blisko plaży powstało miejsce przygotowane dla grillujących.
W takich warunkach można się zrelaksować i wypocząć. Gazetę lub książkę też trzeba zabrać ze sobą, bo EMPIK nie otworzył tam jeszcze salonu.
To miejsce od wielu lat wygląda tak samo. I całe szczęście!
Z zalewem sąsiaduje zabytkowa kuźnia wodna. Można ją zwiedzić ale wcześniej trzeba się umówić z jej opiekunem, który mieszka obok.
